What inspired us ? 

The main inspiration for our short film was the Scary Movie franchise, which is apart of the comedic horror genre. Similar to our film, it focuses on taking the mick out of popular horror films such as Scream, War of the Worlds and the Saw franchise.

 

A YouTube channel known as CinFex recreates certain film trailers such as Deadpool and Iron Man with their own homemade props, known as Sweeding. They also recreate the music with their own sounds. This is the sort of thing that we are aiming for with our production, as it is a technique that none of us have practiced before.
